Actions Covid-19

The festival will adhere to the following protocols always in accordance with the current regulations in force:

  • Daily disinfection of every venue.
  • There will be hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at the entrances of every venue.
  • Audience capacity and seat availability will have to comply with the required social distancing rules.
  • Entry to and exit from the venues will be gradual and under the control of accommodation staff to ensure social distancing.
  • No hard copy Festival handouts or programmes will be provided in the venues. Information will only be available online.
  • All the venues will have various entry and exit points in place, where necessary, to prevent crowding.

Individual actions:

  • Remember that visitors to any of the festival’s venues must keep to a social distance of at least 2 metres between one another.
  • It is mandatory for all visitors to wear a mask in closed and public spaces and, in particular, where it is impossible for people to keep to social distances with others.
  • Entry to and exit from the venues will be in stages. You must always follow the signs and instructions provided by the accommodation staff.
  • Doors will open 2 hours before the show and you must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start, to enable the audience's gradual admission. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the seat you chose at the time of your ticket’s purchase.
  • We recommend you bring your ticket downloaded to your mobile to avoid as far as possible any contact with paper.
  • If you think you have symptoms of COVID-19 infection or you have been in contact with someone diagnosed with the virus, stay at home. We'll certainly have the opportunity to meet again as soon as possible.

Festival de la Porta Ferrada

The Festival de Porta Ferrada, born in 1958 in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, is the oldest summer festival in Spain.
Unique in the Costa Brava for its wide range of artistic disciplines, features consolidated artists and new talents of the international and local scene.
